Important: Prayer records, notes, Qur'an progress, and location coordinates stay on your device. The city and country you select, your language, wudu status, and the screens you open are sent to Google Analytics as usage statistics. This data is not used for advertising. Advertising identifiers and latitude/longitude are not sent.
This notice is the privacy policy and disclosure statement for the İbadetHanem mobile application ("App") under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). It explains which data stays on your device, which data is sent to Google Analytics, and the rights you have. The app is published on iOS and Android.

The following data is processed on your device for prayer times, qibla, reminders, and in-app records. It is not sent to Google Analytics:
If you choose precise location, Analytics receives only the fact that the mode is precise rather than a city. Latitude and longitude are not sent.
The app uses Google Analytics through Firebase to understand how it is used. The following is sent to Google:
Name, email, phone number, and advertising identifiers (IDFA or the advertising device ID) are not collected for this measurement. Wudu status and worship screens may reveal information about religious practice.
This data is not used for ad targeting or matching with an advertising identifier.
Data that stays on your device is processed because it is needed to provide the app's functions.
Data sent to Google Analytics is processed to improve the app. Because wudu status and worship screens may relate to religious practice, the legal basis for this measurement and for the transfer abroad is your explicit consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to info@esrakalender.com.
Analytics data is transferred to Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC), which acts as a data processor. Hosting may take place on Google infrastructure in the European Economic Area and the United States. The transfer is made under Google's data processing terms and the cross-border transfer rules of the KVKK.
Optional coffee support is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store processes payment details. İbadetHanem does not receive your card information.
Records on your device remain there until you delete them or remove the app. Google Analytics records are kept by Google for the retention period set on the Analytics property. If you ask us to delete your data, we will request deletion of the measurement data that can be tied to you.
The app does not knowingly collect identity or contact details from children under 13. Usage statistics of people who use the app may still be processed as described above.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
Send requests, together with information that confirms your identity, to info@esrakalender.com. To delete records stored on your device, delete that content in the app or uninstall the app.
This page uses a Google Analytics cookie to measure visits to the website. That cookie is separate from measurement inside the mobile app.
